Cole holds a Tennessee general contractor license and has been building in Nashville for 15 years. He runs pre-construction on every project and stays on site through framing. He spends weekends restoring his own 1948 Inglewood bungalow and says it keeps him honest about what clients live through.
Priya Nair
Priya came to Elevate from an interiors and architecture background and leads the design side of every project. She's happiest on the first site walk and the last install day. She sketches kitchen layouts on napkins at Frothy Monkey and keeps every one in a drawer at the studio.
Marcus Ellison
Marcus runs the day-to-day of active jobs — trades, deliveries, inspections, and the Friday client update text. He coaches little league in Franklin and runs a job site the same way — everyone knows the plan, nobody gets surprised.
