This is the process every project runs through — a $45k kitchen refresh or a six-month whole-home.
How a project actually moves.

Design consultation at your home
We spend 60 to 90 minutes on site, walking the space, listening to how you live, and getting honest about what your project needs — and doesn't need. There's no charge for this conversation.
- 02
Concept and rough range
Within a week or two we come back with a first design direction and a rough cost range. If we're not aligned, we say so early and refund any design deposit.
- 03
Design development
We move into detailed drawings and start selecting finishes. This is where the project actually gets designed — plans, elevations, and a spec sheet you can hold.

Fixed-bid proposal with a detailed scope
One number, resolved finishes, a schedule, and a written scope that says exactly what's included. Nothing important is left as an allowance.

Ordering and pre-build
Cabinets, stone, tile, appliances, plumbing, and lighting get ordered and staged at our shop before demo starts. This is how we keep the build continuous.

Build with a dedicated project manager
Your project manager runs the site day to day, coordinates trades, and sends a Friday update text with photos and next week's plan.

Walkthrough and punch list
We walk the finished project with you, note anything imperfect, and clear the list before we bill the last draw.

Two-year workmanship warranty
In writing. If we built it or installed it and it fails, we come back and make it right at no charge.
